"0/10!! I do not recommend them to anyone. Receptionist staff is very inattentive. I had an appointment scheduled for 3:30. By 4:30 I was still waiting in an EMPTY waiting room. Patients were leaving out, yet I was not getting called back. I proceeded to tell them I would just reschedule, and that’s finally when the receptionist mentioned my insurance after waiting over an hour. Tried getting an excuse for work and they are so “busy” that they can’t even email it to me and they want me to come in and get it."

"My son had a SCHEDULED appointment that he made several weeks in advance. He took time off of work to go to the appointment. He arrived on time and watched as other patients who came in after him were called to the back for their appointment. They finally called his name only to tell him that they were behind schedule and wouldn't be able to get to him today. Screw that mess!!! What part of appointment and taking time off of work does this practice not understand? Do they have any idea how difficult it is for some people to get approval for time off for a doctor's appointment? There are too many dentist offices in Albany to have to put up with this unprofessional, unorganized, disastrous dental practice. The only thing this dental practice did right today was destroy their credibility even more than the reviews before mine have already done."

"First impressions are a lasting impression. First time patient and last time being a patient. I’m new to the Albany area and needed to find a dentist. I’m thinking this would be perfect and it was until Dr. King chewed out the assistant all because she was getting another dentist to give me a price. I was very uncomfortable. This was VERY unprofessional. While leaving.. the assistant hoped that I come back and I told her I don’t think so.. she told me that she is used to his attitude because he’s and older man. No one should be treated that way."

"An empty lobby, everyone was called back in a timely matter, but me! I watched a man walk up who was not on the schedule, be called back in no less than 5 mins. He argued with the front staff about not being on the schedule at that. I really feel out of place, overlooked, and I want to leave. My appointment was at 330pm. I traveled 1 hour and 30 mins and waited 3 months for this appointment for this..... If it were not for my health and the need to be here, I would not still be sitting here. I’ve Sat in this empty lobby for a hour and 30 mins. It’s ridiculous."
