"I had a great shopping experience, the store was crowded and I moved though the line so fast. Great customer service, they were fast and friendly."
"Waited 5 days for a prescription for my son, from the ER, that was "out of stock". After contacting customer support it was magically available within an hour. This store is severely understaffed or they don't care to know what is actually in stock. Either way, it's unsafe for patients that need to have their medications filled."
"This pharmacy was able to fill my prescription quickly and so nicely. We travel all over the country and depend on CVS to be able to help me out with transfers and 90 day fills. This pharmacy even gave us a gift bag with our order. It had some really good things in it and I plan on using all of it plus the coupons that were all at least $1-$2 off the products that were promoted. Thanks again guys!"
"My first time using CVS pharmacy was a unprofessional experience. I waited at the drop off counter for almost 15 mins before being acknowledged. When someone finally acknowledged me,I was told my medication was ready.I got to the check out counter.I was told my medication was $55.I was told my insurance wouldn't cover my prescriptions.I asked how do you know when you never ran my insurance. You never asked for my information. Then it was a very rude tech with long braids blurted out ha-ha. They finally ran my insurance my cost went from $55 to$15..After that they wanted to get back in the check out line at the end of the line I already just left.I was in CVS for at least an hour..I was sick and nauseated. That was the worst experience. I plan to never patronize that CVS again!!!"
"I do business with a lot of people and never have problems and write many good reviews. This will be my very first negative review. It is in regard to the gals only who answer the phones in the pharmacy at Cvs on Westover in Albany ga. They never say their name so you can't report the ones who are so rude. They are short and argumentative and then get mad at me. I go thru this every month when I have. To order our prescriptions. If I can I order on line. No problem but sometimes I have to call. My husband wants to change pharmacies. Too many more times and I may. I have taken to just hanging up and calling the next day when maybe I get someone more pleasant. Not sure if it is a certain gal or more than one. Next time I will ask their name first. Pharmacists are great and helpful. Especially Jackie. That goes for All other personal in store also."
