"Don’t go to any rack room shoes, they false advertise. They do the BOGO 50% off but the selection that are half off is so limited but they don’t advertise that so when you get up to the counter snd get charged full price for both pairs don’t be surprised. I won’t be giving them anymore if my business for sure."
"I believe her name name izlee, great customer service, great assistance thank you"
"I've never encountered less professional and rude people than the staff at this store. The manager Michelle is nasty and defensive when even asked for help checking out. She constantly screams across the store and complained about how.much her job sucked and that she had to work. Corporate needs to just start from scratch here because this is the last time we qill ever visit the store and cannot be the only ones experiencing this, especially with an empty store!"
"I am not so sure what happened today. I don’t know if it was an act of racism towards me or the young black employee or just bad customer service. I went because I needed to exchange shoes I bought for my mom for her birthday. They did not fit her and when we went, she found totally different shoes she liked. There was an issue with the exchange process due to the “buy one get one half off” promotion which I didn’t mind. I still got the shoes my mom loved. However, what was going on during the exchange was unnerving. A very sweet, young black lady helped me at first. She needed help from a supervisor so she called someone. The supervisor (or manager… I am not sure) stopped talking to the other white employee and came along to “help”. The supervisor saw the computer and kept repeating “see, this is why you don’t do these exchanges” to the young black lady. She repeated herself like 3 times. She finally completed the exchange all while making annoyed faces at the other women she was talking to before. Right when I was turning around I saw the supervisor’s face as she was rolling her eyes and looking at the other women she was with. I am not sure if they were annoyed at me for the exchange which mind you, if I lost money during the transaction, I didn’t mind because my mom loves her new shoes… or if it was against the young lady that was helping me at first. When we left my mom told me she felt like the supervisor was rude or racist… I couldn’t agree more."
"I have a very hard time finding shoes that fit my foot properly. Myles is the manager in Buford and has gone above and beyond helping me find my perfect fit shoes!. If they don't have your size you can have it shipped to your home. Easy returns, no hassles. Oh and did I say- great prices!!! If you haven't been in a while give them another try. You will be happy you did!"
