"Went in today with my wife. Was not greeted. I can live with that. Even though both workers had their faces buried in their phones. Imagine that. Did some shopping. When we walked to the back to purchase they were still in the front of the store in their phones. One starts walking back while on the phone still. Never spoke. Started to tally and realize the zipper on the back back didn’t work great. So my wife went to get another. The lady gets right back on the phone. Geez. Just paid and left. I’d like the manager to pull footage for 1/16/24 at 10:03 and watch. Never come back after that."

James kindly checked other stores and was able to find me a store that had my size and was able to ship it to me as I live in NJ. Due to this treatment, I called corporate and they advised me to see the manager. She was the manager so what was the purpose? I got a birthday gift this year that I couldn't wear so I had to go exchange it. Alicia, a manager i have never seen at this location, assisted me and she was extremely professional and courteous. I wish she had been the one to assist me prior to me getting this bad taste about the company."
