"Not the best customer service experience. The staff seem like they hate their job & don’t want to be bothered. I Came in the store, it wasn’t busy as I was the only person in store and maybe another customer. They had 3 people in store working so they weren’t understaffed. I work in customer service full-time so that’s my honest review. Your better off maybe shopping online or going to another location."
"Good collection of footwear for both men and women. Doesn't have a shoe size of 14 for men. Maybe they consider having a few collections for this. My husband didn't get the footwear he wanted."
"Good selection, but in-depth customer service training is needed for the staff. It is not appropriate to sigh and say to a caller, "I cannot help you right now. We're too busy." - and with no option for follow up. The proper customer service response is: "Thank you for calling, may I put you on hold for a moment while I help a customer?" OR "We are not able to help at the moment, but my manager will be happy to give you a call back momentarily. Is there a number s/he can reach you?" You NEVER shut down a customer who is 1) willing to buy your products and 2) purchases from the store frequently. Period."
"I don't know if it's always a special but the special was 2 pairs for $89. So we upgraded a couple of old pairs of shoes..... My wife couldn't find her size and one of the employees overheard us and he went on a search mission and actually found the pair, she was very happy.....A+ for great customer service."
