"We walked into Zumies the weekend before Christmas to purchase a pair of Vans and a couple of other shoes. I was expecting the store and the experience to be an absolute disaster... It could not been further from that experience. The staff was beyond nice and helpful. Specifically one young gentleman that was helping us (I really wish I remembered his name). He went above and beyond to help us find what we needed. It honestly felt like walking into a Neiman Marcus rather than a Zumies. Thank you for the fantastic service guys!"

"Maddie is awesome! She worked with me to find clothing for my partner and even gave outfit recommendations! She obviously knows the store well and makes it an incentive to interact with customers in a way that really makes them feel attended too. I was at the Nike factory earlier and all of the employees were having conversations amongst themselves and hardly ever addressed me. I thought to myself, "wow these kids really don't care anymore." After walking into Zumiez, Maddie turned that COMPLETELY around."
