"Rude staff. My mother in law went looking for a UCF themed gift and was given a nasty response. Look, it's safe to assume sports stores in Georgia won't carry much Florida sports teams, but it doesn't cost much to be respectful about it. Won't be coming back here. Your store won't go far with rude staff like that."
