"If I could leave 0 stars, I would! Do not be fooled! This company's service is subpar. Took us 6 months to get uniforms. After the sales rep (SHAWN/BRETT) sets up your account you will NEVER be able to speak to them again. The service managers (well RICH specifically) is a ghost! You won't get good service or even be able to contact anyone locally for product, services, or account issues! BEWARE!"

"I am not impressed with this company at all. Cintas supplies the uniforms for my job. The quality of their items is OK, not exceptional, just OK. The women’s pants run small and do not come in a high waist. If you have a voluptuous tail feather I suggest you increase your pants size or your pants will ride really low. I’ve only given 2 stars because of their customer service. Cintas does not respond to their emails in a timely manner at all. I find the manner in which they speak in emails and on the phone to be quite rude and dismissive. This review is ONLY concerning the Stone Mountain/ Lithonia Ga location."

"not happy, impossible to get thru to anyone when there's a problem, except the lady that answers the phone. then you tell there is a problem and she says she will have someone contact you but you never hear back,terrible customer service. Don't really care to take care of customers problems. looking for a new company to do my work."
