"The fit evaluation was really cool and gave me so much information about what my feet need. The sales associate that I worked with was wonderful! Penelope was so knowledgeable and attentive. She offered a really individualized experience. She was so patient as I tried on different shoes and every insert available. She even showed me tips and tricks for making my shoes fit and feel the best. I never felt pressured into buying any particular thing. The store is small, but I like that they’ll let you take a little jog out on the sidewalk if you want to. It really feels like fleet feet wants you to be thoroughly satisfied with the product you get. Plus, at other stores I’ve felt rushed and like I was being annoying for taking the time to find a shoe that really worked for me. Not here! It was a wonderful experience. "I went to the Decatur location on a busy Saturday. Was told that the wait would be about 45 minutes but I waited no more than 30 minutes before I was served. The outfitting process went great and I ended up with a great pair of shoes. Would recommend them for anyone who wants great shoes, service, and price!"

"Lovely place. Very friendly & accepting. Their target price range is $100-250. They had me try on two pairs of shoes and they both fit perfectly. Be aware that you might have to wait a few minutes to be seen if it's a busy time, but once they see you it's very quick and professional. Great brand recommendations too. (& pet friendly!)"
