"An employee of citi gear told me that they receive certain shoes later than their original release date. When I called to see if they had a shoe in; the lady that answered the phone about 1 hour and 15 minutes before I submitted this review was extremely rude and incompetent. Her only answer to my question was a facetious "I don't know" repeatedly. In the future I would hope citi gear can find someone that is more competent of finding answers or solutions to customer questions. I was looking forward to paying $200 for one pair of shoes repeatedly, from citi gear; but after this experience I will not spend one cent with the establishment. I wish them the best and I found somewhere else to spend my $200."

"I went to this city gear simply looking to buy a pair of air force ones, i asked a worker for my size in the all white “have a nike days” and she gave me the size ultimately i decided against them and the worker took them. 10 minutes later the same worker comes back to me and tells me that i have to buy the shoe because i “made stains” on the shoe. I do not know if i made the stains and she did not take the proper precautions in making sure that the shoe remained in “pristine” condition she said that she inspected them before she gave them to me but she took them out of a box in front of me and handed them to me and no inspection occurred. she also told me that either my sock was dirty or my feet and she was trying to figure out which one. This experience was extremely humiliating and simply turned me off completely to the entire city gear enterprise."
