"Horrible customer service.. The manager Demetrious and assistant manager Shawna … Dnt know how to talk to ppl.. I came in the store to do a refund.. And never recieved my money… Demetrious told me he didn’t have time to deal with me because he already had a bad day…. These young kids yall hiring to run a store need to be trained better. So it’s like yall got yall merchandise and I didn’t get my money.. So somebody stealing….. Attitude was very rude he called security to make me leave the store bcuz he didn’t wanta deal with me because he know tha done messed up… I had to call the police to try to get some understanding and still nothing has been done….. I would never shop in that store again…. Walked in there thought I was in the club speaker box in the middle of the floor loud… Songs with profanity and kids in the store wow… Something needs to be done…."
