"I purchased a Frigidaire washer & dryer along with 3 year warranty. The washer rusted out creating an imbalance with the tub. The imbalance creates a loud noise as if the washer is going to go through the wall after purchasing it 3 yrs & 4 mths. The washer was purchased for $699.00 & Mr. Appliances wants to charge $653.59 to fix what they say are the springs. Frigidaire warranty is on for a year. Wasted money for a brand new washer. Called Farmer's in regards to warranty in which I was advised I would receive a call back after manager finishes zoom meeting, that was 4 days ago. No call."
