"We went into the store and the cashier was rude and only person spoke was the heavy size man with glasses didnt get his name. But while shopping this lady name Kelly claim that my child was trying to take a phone charger which she didnt have proof only a open case that was right beside her instead of her asking being professional she assumed and snatched the box out of my child hand . I politely gave her some nice nasty words and walked out . I never been to a Family Dollar and been treated like that. They want never get my business from that Family Dollar again. Horrible customer service"
