"Arrived at 7 am for an 8:15 appt. Lady at guard shack was very nice. After waiting on other trucks to move out the way, once I was parked I waited about 5 minutes and was put to a door. I waited there a little over an hour before they started. But was unloaded in about 30 minutes. In and out in 2 hours. Not bad. Check in process Check in at guard shack Park where they tell you until you get a call for door Drive to your door and back in (not all the way) Open doors and put paperwork inside Slide tandems back and then back it on up Disconnect from trailer and pull up Wait for phone call when done Check out at guard shack"
"Had appointment time of 18:15. Showed up at 17:45. Checked in at gate. Friendly gate staff. Bring your seal with you. They verify seal with paperwork. Was backing into parking spot when called with door number. Parking is a snudge tight because trucks must unhook from trailer and Park in front of it. I was unloaded in 35 minutes. Make sure you leave to the left. Stop at same guard shack to leave. Overall awesome experience. Fastest ive ever been in and out if receiver"
"I had a good experience here. Follow their rules and you will have no problem. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ARRIVE EARLY OR LATE. Keep to your appointment time. Took them about 3 hours to unload my trailer. Since my appointment was at midnight, I just slept. They call you to give you a dock number, and to let you know that you are empty."
"Avoid this place at all costs. Arrived Thursday only to be refused due to product shift. Get load reworked, forced to wait 2 days for unload appt., go back after 1.5 hrs in dock they refuse me. Say load shifted again. Glad I took pics this time. Before pic on left. You can clearly see none is shifted b4 they touched it."
"I arrived twenty minutes before the appointment, checked in with security. The security guard was very professional and friendly, she had me park and wait for a call with a door assignment. I got my door assignment five minutes later. One hour later I got the call to hook back up to trailer and the bill's would be in the back of the trailer. Over all a good experience here, security receiving stuff very professional and friendly."
