"My 16 year old daughter (who surprisingly hates to shop) loves this location of Rue because the customer service is always exceptional. Valentina helped her find a perfume for herself and a friend for their birthday. She was so friendly and fun! She knew all the notes for the fragrances and even told us about the Spanish Heritage month music playing in the background. Thanks to Valentina, my daughter walked out and said “ I love coming here!” which she never says ever."

"I love this store , the employees are always very nice and Greet you as soon as you could possibly walk through the doors . The Aroma of the store is such peaceful. I over love how the manager Marvin assist with any help when it’s hard picking out multiple things that I like he ensures me what would look great together . I love the fragrances that he advertise in store as well . the quality of clothes is awesome !!" "This location has changed tremendously since the last time I shopped with my daughters. As soon as I entered the store, I was greeted by the Store Manager, I think his name was Marvin. I was advised of all the sales. I couldn’t believe he remembered all of them! I asked, “do you say that everyday?” He responded, “yes! It’s programmed in my brain.” He even gave me a fragrance scent that I didn’t like. However, my daughter felt in love with it. So we got it with some other items. Amazing sale and experience!!! Great staff as well."
