"I visited for the first time 7/19 in the afternoon. I was helped by two ladies, both were wonderful. Absolutely excellent customer service. I was checked out by Rozelyn C, and the other young lady had a black bob with pink streaks, unfortunately I did not catch her name. I purchased a bag and a wallet, the young lady with the bob was very friendly and helpful in assisting. The quality of service helped me in my decision of choosing Kate spade over MK and Coach, as both stores were not as helpful."

"I went into this particular store on 4/18 at 6pm and from the moment I walked in, I was treated like trash. No greeting. Side eye. Wouldn’t look directly at me. I would think the woman was having a bad day but she was as bubbly as could be when I walked in with two other customers and wished them a great day. I shopped around for a while, not once was I asked if I needed assistance. I thought, you know, I’ll say goodbye since maybe I’m just imagining things. As I walked out and said “have a great day,” she replied in the most monotone of voices and didn’t even look up. What’s funny, she was also going to the areas I looked at, “straightening “ the products, though it seemed like she was checking to make sure the merchandise was still there. I then re-entered the store as my friend asked me to check a price for her. Repeat the same issues. Oh, then more people came in with a friendly greeting and were asked if they needed help to find anything. Don’t go here if you aren’t dressed to the 9s because they might think you’re a thief :) I’ve always loved Kate Spade products (thus the 2 stars) but you won’t catch me walking back into this store, at least not with this associate with the short blonde bob hairstyle. I hope she has a lovely day, however."

"This outlet nice but the deals aren't as good as some of the other neighboring outlets. Go during the holidays. That's when the discounts are the best. The bestvdeals aren't always obviously displayed so its good tontalk to the associate and see whats not showing to the naked eye. There is plenty of parking so i never have an issue with that."

Everyone associate seemed happy to be there and were great. If I ever want to buy from Kate Spade again I’ll come here again for the great people, and of course the great prices!"
