"The girl at the window had a nasty attitude. She basically pushed my food and coffee at me. No receipt, no greeting, no hello, no have a good day, no nothing. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Ppl like this should not be working in customer service! The experience with your last customer should not affect the service you give your next customer. Only reason I gave two stars is because the lady who took my order was nice."

"Avoid this location if you can. The coffee is horrible and the service is worst than the coffee. Every time I purchase something, due to convenience, I’m always left disappointed. The donuts are always hard and dry! The App says they have certain items available that’s not true. And most of the staff is careless and clueless. At this point, take a trip to Starbucks or Dunkin’ on 138. I’ve had enough of the poor service from Salem Rd."

"Ordered a cake for my daughters birthday. Requested baby shark with white cake and cookies and cream ice cream. No one called to confirm my order or go over details with me. The cake looked nothing like baby shark, and I the cake was confetti. The day of pick up I had no options so paid for the cake. I did not serve the cake as it would have been embarrassing a flavor that my baby didn’t want. Will not be back as this is my second bad review."
