"My food was great. I ordered the cowboy pork chops, mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese. Unfortunately my lady and baby girl's food wasn't good. Baby girl's burger was under cooked. My ladies shrimp were rubbery. The chicken wing appetizer was under cooked. The kids tenders were salty and over seasoned. However the waitress was great. The manager was cool and replaced all the meals free of charges. She was even nice enough to send ice cream sundaes for my niece, nephew and baby girl for no charge. All in all I think the cook was having a rough night."
"First time it this location, but most LongHorns never disappoints. We ordered Ribeyes and the fried chicken bites for an appetizer. Customer service was great once I got the manager to allow us to sit near the bar area with high chairs. The initial host at the door had stated that there weren’t any servers to serve us on that side, however I spoke with the manager and the rest is history! We had a great experience!"
"I ordered wings, once I got home I noticed that they were under cooked. I called to simply have them redone, but was told by the manager Thomas that “ I don’t do that”. At this point I’m confused, because the mistake was yours, I was willing to take a refund or the new order. He stated that all he could do is send me a gift card. I returned to the restaurant to have him say nothing, take the old plate back and walk away. A very nice and professional staff member did her best to fix the problem although the second order was also undercooked. Sad to say the service on Thomas’ watch was definitely below standard. Rude, unprofessional completely incapable of holding any position of leadership. Check your orders, prior to leaving."
"We had maybe a 7 minute wait to be seated. Took a minute to get out food but it was worth it. The food was amazing, hot, and fresh! The mango margaritas were a big hit. I can't remember our waitress name but she was very personable when asked what she liked and suggestions :).. the place was clean and quiet. We left with leftovers."
