"Best Chili’s I have ever been too. Especially since our server was one of the best servers we ever had. Jamie was so kind, upbeat, and on top of her game. She always checked on us. I’m glad she was training someone too because they can really take notes from her excellent customer service. And provided phenomenal customer service! The food was good too, in nice portions, but overall, Ms Jamie, our server, always had a smile and really took the experience to the top."

"This has been one of my favorite spots since moving to Conyers. As there aren't many flavorful options in the area. Lately it's been on decline. From service to the upkeep of the restaurant. One day a roach climbed out on table. I didn't leave review at that time because they comped our meal & apologized. This time a waitress dropped an entire tray. Glass and food flew everywhere. Now I know things happen. But the glass not only hit us, we ended up with food on our clothes and shoes. We had things to do after eating.. I was advised to bring a cleaners bill back to be reimbursed. Which is like insult to injury. We weren't treated with care. The menus remained at table the entire visit. Food came out in sessions. Oh and the broken glass remained by our feet with food splattered around. I had to request it to be cleaned 4 times before anything was done. The manager was very rude, dry, nonchalant, & condescending. He not once apologized. Nor tried to clean up the glass or even offered a towel or napkin for us to attempt to clean our belongings off. He said "I'll see what I can do" when I told him his initial suggestion was ridiculous. But only after I mentioned my past experience at that location. He never came back. We never received refills or was even offered any. He took 50% off meal eventually. Never advised us. Even the staff was talking about him & apologized on his behalf. Had I known things would go like this I would've recorded for corporate. The pictures do no justice from what we experienced. As you can see my shoes are or at least were brand new. Now stained smh. To think I was out trying to digress from losing a family member. If you don't like what you do... don't do it. Its that simple!"

"My family I originally wanted to go to out back which is not to far from chili’s after going there we waited 30 min to be seated when there was only one other family in the dining room we decided to leave and go to chili’s. We were seated immediately and the waitress was so nice I mean it was excellent service all around, we ended up getting way more food then we bargained for at a much cheaper price than outback. The drinks were delicious and for me it was a 10/10 across the board. I will definitely return to this location."
