McDonald's

"Yeah, we went there last night. In ordered some food and we had some fries that were cool and old. We call the worker back to the window to give him the fries back for fresh fries. He didn't want to do it. He said he didn't have anymore for us. And my husband said well, you give me my money back. And so he finally took the fries and he brought back more fries that were hot. I don't know if he went and just dump those fries in the fryer to get them hot or if he really did have some more. And I ordered a double cheeseburger with extra Mayonnaise onions and pickle got no pickles or onions. We had to ask him for straws for sodas ketchup napkins and salt because he gave us the food and closed the window and disappeared we knocked and waited for him to return. Then he gave us 1 napkin 1 salt/pepper packet and 1 ketchup.I guess that was because of the fry incident because we had 2 full meals.it appeared to be a mountain of mayo on my sandwich and the meat was dry and stuck to the bun with the cheese it was a mess with all that mayo like that. That was a wasted trip and money since i had to throw my food away. We were HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WILL NEVER GO BACK. Sorry forgot to take pictures was so pissed it slipped my mind."

"The only reason I am giving this place the rating that I am is because of a worker in particular who I saw working so hard and was so friendly in saying Hi to me. He made my day. The food was average and tasted as you would except, Hot and Like mcdonalds. Being on vacation and just really needing my coffee which was made perfectly so no complaints but I do feel they need to treat their workers better from the small amount of time I was there I saw a worker in the rain picking up trash, and seemed so tired and overworked. The workers, especially ones like that keep the place running and the reason this location gets good reviews im sure. This worker made my day though, smiling through the tiredness and saying Hi. Thank you to that person for making my day."

"I was so surprised after stopping at this location for the first time on my way out of town on I-20 East. It is a quick exit off the interstate and the on-ramp back on the interstate is immediately after the right turn back on the road. The staff were all so friendly. I was asked to pull forward and park from the drive-thru window. The young lady who brought out my order had a tray of condiments in case I wanted any. I have never seen that before. My order was freshly made and delicious. Highly recommend this location!"

"I went to this location on December 9, 2023. I ordered a sweet tea. The tea was very bitter, and not suitable for consumption. I did not drink it. In addition, they said they didn’t have any pennies, so they short changed me. Why should the customers take the loss. The loss should be on their end. The customer service was horrible!!!!"
