"Unfortunately, the sales rep registered me for a credit card without my permission. I was asked for my email to receive 20% off and upon paying was informed that I had now applied for Ann Taylor card. When I made her aware that I did not give her permission to do so, she stated "You'll be fine just cancel it later." As a customer, I was very disappointed in the response and lack of effort to cancel the card. Though the store is well organized, I would like to make others aware of being careful when providing information for "discounts" and unsolicited credit card accounts. I am still in the process of disputing the unwanted card."

They aren't just pushing items on you to make a sale. I have been in several times and each time they have been so accommodating. Once I was in a total rush and they grabbed what I needed and checked me out in a hurry. The next time I was in need of a dress for a specific event. They we're patient, brought lots of items for me to try on and gave honest opinions. I highly recommend then and their professionalism."
