"fab'rik East Cobb is like home to me. Each time I go in there, they are always making me feel important (like a celebrity) and are so helpful. Audrey & Mere are the best and I wouldn't have the style I have without them! Love yall!"
"I recently held my birthday party at at Fabrik’s East Cobb location after winning a private party experience at a children’s charity auction. I was absolutely blown away by the experience! The manager, Audrey, went out of her way to make the celebration extra special. She has made me a Fabrik customer for life!"
"Been shopping here for over 4 years and I couldn’t be happier with my experiences!!! All of the staff is so helpful and sweet. All of the clothes are always so cute!!! I feel so welcomed when I shop there, 100% recommend !!"
"Not helpful and not greeting customers when they walk in or leave. Had to let myself into a dressing room and no one of the three employees asked if I was okay or if it needed another size. Poor poor customer service. I have been shopping here since they opened and customer service has gone down Hill fast."
"Love the clothes!! Didn’t have a lot of my size on the racks. The ladies need to work on their customer service. If you’re going to a boutique to spend money you’re also going for the experience... maybe they were gloomy because it was raining outside, maybe they naturally look judgemental... not sure. I normally go to the one near Perimeter and they’re waaay nicer, more bubbly, and actually helpful! Won’t be back to this one though. I actually am not happy that I spent money here... and I normally am because I get such cute items! P.S. when someone says they’re looking for sweaters, don’t be awkward and just say, “well we have tons of sweaters so look around” with an attitude."
