"We have been shopping at this Target for years and only recently did I have a bad experience. After trying to use a promotional coupon on some products (without success), I was forced into buying a gift card at the direction of the customer service desk. Unfortunately, the coupon did not apply and I was charged for the gift card. I then tried to reverse the purchase, and was told it was non-refundable. After a call with the gift card department at Target Corp, I was basically told that the store would have to refund me and there was nothing else to be done about it. Ultimately, I was able to use the coupon on another item (because the T&C on the promo coupon were LONG and exclusionary); however, being scammed out of a gift card left a sour taste in my mouth that will affect how I conduct shopping in the future."

"I absolutely love shopping at the Johnson Ferry Target. The selection is amazing and the Target employees are pleasant and extremely helpful. During my most recent visit, Harriet went above and beyond. I will definitely continue to shop at this location."

"This is a pretty average Target store. It does stock items that I need, but often run out. The CVS onsite is great, and the staff (Pharmacist) is helpful. The optical store is less impressive than other optical chain stores (fewer frame choices)."

"This is a great location. There are two levels of secure parking. Starbucks and grocies are available. Everything I need is often available. As always, I walk out with more than I wanted, but it is worth it."
