"Asked the younger lady who worked there if I could wear these to walk around the same shopping center I brought them to because I couldn’t tell if they fit. She said yes. Walked around maybe 20 minutes. Brought them back to the older woman who works there & she says they’re too worn. I said I was told I could wear them and she just said no. My shoe is on the left, ones not worn on the right. Couldn’t return. Just stupid - lol. I dunno why they were so rude when I was just doing what they said I could."

"The manager Debbie Wood is awesome! She is probably the best Rackroom manager I have ever encountered before. She is very knowledgeable and honest I would venture to say that she knows everything there is to know about footwear. Because if her I now know that it isn’t the shoes that I was picking out that were either too big or to small, it was that I have an extra wide foot. The store is always clean and well stocked. The customer service that she and her staff provide is better than any other shoe store or Rackroom that I have shopped at."

"Very rude staff. I ordered for curbside pickup and they refused to bring it out to the car because it was “back to school” season. So i went inside thinking store was really busy but it was literally empty. The associates were really not apologetic. Would not return"

"The 2 ladies that were working on Saturday 4/2 were soooooooooo rude! If you want to return something go to a different store because they will try to tell you that they don't do returns. And because my son was screaming and crying and I wasn't leaving until I got my money back they decided that they could because they acted like they couldn't stand children. And once again they were so R U D E AND HATEFUL"

"I love the store but this particular location had a very limited supply of shoes and options. I would love to see more women's shoes (heels) and basketball style shoes. My son can never find shoes here for basketball season so I end up heading to other locations, stores or to the mall. Coming here would be much more convenient."
