"Me and my friends went to go prom shopping here and not only was the service awful, but when we got home to try them on 2 of the buttons broke off one of the dresses. One of the bra padding also fell off of the same dress completely because it was not sown on. She paid $300 for a poorly made dress and is now devastated because they do not do refunds. unacceptable. do better."

"My family and I attempted to walk in the store and try on quincenera dresses the woman refused to let us even look she looked us up and down and asked a thousand questions and kept trying to persuade us to not even bother looking or trying on and then told us an appointment was required when it was not posted anywhere that they were by appointment only and the store was dead on a weekday afternoon. It was completely empty. It was blatant racism for me and my family she couldn’t understand why my cousin would need to try on a quinces dress because she was black. My aunt started speaking Spanish and her tone changed but she still wouldn’t service us. I have no idea how this store is open, and from the reviews it seems like they only service white hispanic customers. It’s disgusting. She wouldn’t even allow us to look. I hope they close down for racism and poor service. If you read through other reviews this is very common at this place of business. Stay far away!"

"Terrible service. Terrible Experience. My three friends and I went into the store looking for prom dresses and as soon as we walked in we were being followed and watched. Almost immediately an associate went up to us and kicked us out because we were not all 18. We were the only people in the store. The lady specifically said "18 not 17. Come back with your parents." Mind you I am 18 and my friends are about to turn 18, not that it should matter. None of the stores we have gone to, even the higher end ones, have every done that before. I have never heard of a dress store, with prom dresses, having an age requirement to shop. Ever. Felt completely disrespected, profiled, and I do not appreciate being treated like a child. Will never shop here again. Completely rude staff."

"Came into this establishment hoping to find a dress that could pass for a last minute cocktail event, and will NEVER step foot into this store again!!! A few minutes into quickly finding a dress that somewhat met the description of what I was looking for a lady yelled across the sales floor asking if I needed any assistance. I then yell back saying, “Yes, I will soon need a fitting room.” Initially it seemed she had ignored my request as she continued to stand across the room chatting with another worker. A few minutes later after I found a second dress that I planned to try, she rushed up toward me stating that I couldn’t try the dress while removing it from my hands!!! As I am trying to process what was taking place, she then proceeds to tell me I am TOO BIG and that their clothes don’t stretch for my size (I had a large in hand and wear a 10/12 on average) As she takes the items away from me continuing to examine my body up and down with a look of disgust, she continues to rant on how I won’t fit in their clothes and tells me I need to at least try to shop around for a XL “IF” it’s stretchy. It was the most embarrassing and unbelievable experience I have ever encountered while shopping. Being a short petite yet curvy woman I have never felt this type of discrimination. And was only left to assume this store only wants to cater to a certain type of clientele which I apparently did not mirror. I would most definitely rate this a 10/10 DONT RECOMMEND!! She literally brought out so many insecurities which I had never even realized were there, which is not how a retail shopping experience is suppose to be. I definitely suggest NOT PATRONIZING this establishment, especially mothers who may be shopping with curvier teen daughter. I am a grown adult and still trying to cope with what I experienced inside of this store today, and I would hate for anyone to experience the treatment I received today."

"The worst people ever.. not even 2 minutes in the store the lady came running towards my daughter saying repeatedly “if you damage you buy”. when my daughter was only admiring a dress that she liked.. very racist behavior then the male attendant came being very rude and telling us to get out the store.. they lost the only money they could have made because the store was completely empty. We were the only ones in there.."
