"Extremely poor customer service I've been a consumer with this brand at least 7 years and have never experienced such a poor demonstration of a lack of caring concern for once job this was my first time visiting this location and the absolute last the staff member who never greeted me only blurted instructions relative to the credit card monitor who I assume was the manager was super nasty and uninterested and engaging me as a consumer her employee number was 101 and prayerfully corporate will get this review and give her and the team that were working that day or I will refer to them as staff because they did nothing relative to good customer service they all need an updated customer service 101 class they were more interested in speaking in their native tongue rather than assist me I was there to do a Exchange but because they never engaged me didn't offer to assist me while I was shopping and act as though they had an attitude at the mere fact that I was returning something with a pile of clothes to purchase that made me leave the items I wanted to exchange and simply complete the return again poor customer service for customer retention lack of concern for their job very bad experience my visit was on Wednesday July 19th 2023 midday"

"Thought I loss my necklace in the store it turned out I didn't, but the ladies in the store were so nice they looked hard for it and called the people at home that worked the night I was there. They went above and beyond what I would expect. I also loved the fashion and jewelry. Would definitely choose that store again."
