"Express used to be the store where I exclusively bought jeans. Since Covid they have not had their fitting rooms open, at least at the mall where I shop ( Towne Center Mall.) I will not buy jeans if I can’t try them on, consequently, I’ve been forced to find other stores that sell the cut and quality of jeans that I love from express because they never have their fitting rooms open. It’s disappointing because this literally was my favorite store. I went by the store today, hoping they reopen their fitting rooms (2024), unfortunately, still not open. Additionally, could not find one person working to help me find the style that I like."

"I am very happy with the store at Town center mall Kennesaw -GA. The customer service is really good at focusing on what customers need and require. I usually shop during the weekends and one of the leader sales ( Erick ) had a real instinct to understand what I was looking for. He is a very nice and polite young man."

"I stopped in thinking 6ish hours would be enough time for them to process my online order. I was wrong. I was able to search the whole store for the item I had ordered without having one single person ask me if I was doing ok. I figured “hey, they’re probably understaffed!” Wrong, there were four gentlemen standing behind the counter. I finally asked for my item and they no longer had it in my size. I have no doubt it was sold in the six hours between when I placed the order and when I arrived in store. I’m former retail management so I try not to be a Karen but this service was really inexcusable and if I was the manager I’d want to know what’s happening when I’m not in the store so that’s why I’m writing this. On the plus side I was able to cancel my order and re-order the item to be shipped to me, so I’ll still have it for my trip to Vegas!"
