"I have used them for 17 years with no problems at all and nothing but kindness and professionalism."
"Worst visit ever. Been customer for 12 years but got treated like a garbage. Very rude representative. Upon questioning why when switch vehicle your insurance gets up(even the new vehicle is way older and cheaper) and upon request for detailed print out, you’re told to leave the office or they will call the police. Way to go. I’m sure there are plenty of other companies who wants to have my money."
"This company is unprofessional, incompetent, rude, and has unethical practices. If I could give negative stars I would. Let me share my horror story in hopes of saving you one of your own. I only got justice when i went to the insurance commissioner. My account was set up on a reoccuring payment. My debit card attached to the policy changed and I forgot to call and the policy lapsed. I then called to update the payment. Both my car and renters policy were under this reoccuring payment. Once payment was restored i called 2 additional times to make sure my policies were in good standing. Then my home was flooded, when i went to file a claim it was denied on the basis there was no active policy. I called this office numerous times to get answers and was told Wally Walker would call back and never did. I was hung up on repeatedly by office staff. I was miss lead to whom i was speaking with on the phone, and flat out lied to. After 3 weeks of getting the run around i filed a complaint with the insurance commissioner. After giving documetation and a statement to State Farm's corporate office it was deemed that the error was on the part of Wally Walkers office in reinstating the policy. Since then the automated billing on my account has fluctuated wildly and not on the agreed upon dates. What is normally around 123.00 for the 2 policies has been billed $210.00, and $13.00 in the month following and $154.00 this month. When i called the office i was hung up on 3 times by the Donna the office manager. Please note that while i was upset about my treatment i was not beligerant, nor did i curse. I called back a 4th time and spoke with someone different. And in the middle of the conversation Donna jumped in without me ever being made aware that anyone else was on the phone. When i asked whom i was speaking with i was hung up on. The subsequent 10 phone calls were sent to voicemail and have yet to recieve a call back. This is the shadiest, most unprofessional, office i have ever encountered. Also, it should be noted that myself and my family had polices with this office for decades. And this is how they treat their customers. I will be filing another complaint with the insurance commissioner for their billing practices."
"By far the worst experience I ever had with an insurance company!! We decided to chose State Farm, because a friend has referred them, but last week just in the middle of our Christmas shopping, State Farm left us without any money in our bank account, simply because they don't have a reliable system to process payments. We contracted State Farm in September, they were able to process payments back then. We had two cars and an renters insurance. It's still unclear to me why the payments have not been processed, because when I visited the office, the manager was in a loop of excuses and finally decided to point fingers at me, saying that I should have noticed that the insurance (which was in autopay) was not been charged. We got no letter at home, we called them for other issues and nobody ever told us we had past due payments, we even went to State Farm two weeks before the incident to sign papers and nobody was attentive enough to tell us we had an open balance. Then without a warning they charged almost $ 900 of my account, leaving me without money and destroying my holiday plans. According to the manager, they would refund us the money so we could pay in three installments, but 4 business days have been passed (not including Christmas), they didn't refund the money and nobody gave us a call. I honestly feel betrayed by this company. There's a big variety of insurance providers, look for anyone else but avoid State Farm at Pooler, GA."
"I was hit by one of their policy holders. State farm has gone to great lengths to not pay. Repairs on my car are stalled while I wait for a rental car. I called Mr. Walker's office to ask for assistance with the corporate office that kept disconnecting me. I was told by one of his employees it wasn't their problem. Very disappointed. State farm as a whole and this office in particular are terrible. If you are ever waiting on a payment from this insurance company, I feel sorry for you."
