"This was a great oil change experience. I've never sat in the car while the mechanics work their magic so it was interesting to watch all the steps and the safety measures involved. It was a nice surprise to have two female technicians. Amie and Micah were awesome. Isaac only played an ancillary role but he too was courteous and helpful. I had no wait and everything was completed in about 20 minutes."

"So blown away by costumer service I had to write a review as soon as I got home. Everyone was extremely nice there. You can see the technicians laughing and joking around. I say that in the most positive way. It's nice to see people not miserable at work or at least not showing it. While they were laughing and all they maintained a level of professionalism. I have always just gotten my oil changed at the closest spot I was close to when I thought about it but that changes today. This location will be the ONLY place I ever get my oil changed again."

I’ve never had the urge to review an oil change place before but Take 5 in Pooler deserves all the praise, especially Tara. Not only was the customer service awesome, the whole experience was actually entertaining. I was very impressed with how all the team members working were communicating with each other to ensure that tasks were being completed properly per vehicle. After Tara completed everything on my car, Charles came over to double check everything was done properly. This gave me an extra sense of comfort knowing my car was taken care of.
