"My tire had a slow leak so, I took my car in late in the day to see if it had a nail or screw. Hoping that was the issue and that is was covered under the tire warranty. Boris and Dylan were the only ones working as everybody else left for the day. Dylan put my car up on the rack and called me in to see a gash in the back side of the tire. It wasn’t causing the issue which made me happy until I just happened to look at my rim. It was cracked which was causing the slow leak. Dylan recommended a place to get a new rim and Boris didn’t charge for their time."
