"Could not be happier! After an indifferent interaction with the O'Reilly across the street,(I just needed a battery installed I was buying from them,),they told me since my truck was 2017,, they can't do it. This is the same location that did my last battery in this truck! So, I got her to crank again, went to Autozone,and got a better price and my battery installed by a friendly, knowledgeable gentleman who got me back on the road!! Highly recommended!"

"Wasn't greeted. Ignored by clerk. Made eye contact with another, and they looked down instead of asking if I needed help. Approached them for help, just gave me an isle number instead of helping me look. Found what I needed, but refused to buy it from there. Smh."

"Terrible customer service! Came in to get my tag light fixed because I got pulled over for it and the manager who was there the night I came in was really sweet and tried to fix it but he accidentally dropped the lens into the bumper, so he was so kind to pay for everything for me and told me to come back when it was day (because I work from 7am-5:30pm) and all the managers would know about it if he wasn’t there when I came back..Well I called this afternoon on my day off and planned to get this fixed and the manager who was on duty who said his name was Harry was very rude and hung up on me when trying to explain who I was and what happened and that my parts for this are there..My momma called and told him what was going on and again was very rude and unprofessional said he didn’t have time to worry about it that he didn’t know what we were talking about and he was busy! He hung up on my mother twice!! I do plan to call tomorrow to talk to the store manager and turn him in for how he acted!! That is no way to treat people..Was very unprofessional and to get hung up on 3 times is extremely rude!! If the other manager who was sweet hadn’t done paid for this for me I would not be coming back but it’s paid for but the next time I ever have a issue with needing parts I’m never coming back to this AutoZone because of Harry who was extremely rude to me and my mother. Someone like that does not need to be a manager over a store!"

"Nate A. At the Pooler highway 80 location did an outstanding job. He is professional, knows how to look up parts and find you a great deal at a great price.Nate is an A+++++ 5 star employee and should, in the near future have his own store. Store 3169 I had to get brake parts for my 27 year old Mercury Villager mini van. Part had to be ordered, got them no problem at all. They came at the right time on the right day just like I was promised. Thanks."

"Just taking a moment to point out that in an age when Customer Service has disappeared you can still find it if you see Harry at the Pooler location. Everytime I am in that store he goes beyond great service. I have all of my friends and family going to see him. Good man"
