"I would rate this place a 0 stars! Customer service is absolutely horrible. Ownership should definitely take a look into guy that runs office. I'm a business owner and if I had an employee half as rude as him I'd fire them on the spot! Definitely 100% wouldn't recommend this place to anyone."

"Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a tire store. This is the kind of place where if they don’t know you your money isn’t good enough. Blew a tire a half mile from the shop with no tools to swap it myself so I made it to Dorsey tire in hopes that someone would change my tire for me. Nope proceeded to tell me that it would be 1.5 hours before they would look at it. Finally found my own tools in the car to swap the tire and all I needed them to do was simply air up the tire and install a new valve stem. Waited around for a bit and simply asked them for a time frame on the “5 min” service I was asking for and they very rudely told me “I told you that it would be over an hour before you would be helped”. Mind you there were 4 techs and 1 was working and the rest were lolly gagging around. But back to my first statement if I would’ve pulled up in my 2023 Ford F-450 and not my beet around town vehicle I’d be willing to bet they would’ve jumped right on it. This is by far the very worst Tire store in the pooler/savannah area and me along with my entire company/ friends and family will be notified to use any other tire store at all cost. CUSTOMERS BEWARE"

"Stopped at Cracker Barrel over night the next morning we realized we had a damaged RV trailer tire. Called these guys thankfully they were just down the road, they took us in right away and set up some new tires for us. Fast friendly service:)"
