Fast Pace Health Urgent Care - Hixson, TN

"There is absolutely nothing fast-paced about this place. It should be called slow paced health. 2 cars in the parking lot (me and another person). Pre-booked appointment, got there 5 min early, website shows 30 min wait, the one person goes ahead of me and my wait was about 1.5 hrs before getting called back. They only had one room opened and waited for one person to come out before calling anyone else back. This is not the first time Ive had to wait forever to be seen here. Totally lacking a sense of urgency or an ability to multi-task. Save yourself the headache. These people do not value their patient's time."

"Mandy was very kind. I was nervous because it has been a few years since I have been to any doctor, but she made me feel at ease and she provided comfort and professionalism. The woman at the front desk was kind and warm as well. The main “doctor” was kind however it felt like a wasted visit. I have been struggling with pain for over a month now. Excruciating and constant pain. I explained that I needed to make it through the next 2 weeks until I could see a PCP for a more long term solution. She only prescribed me ONE WEEK of pills that would help me. I didn’t even know so few could be prescribed. She couldn’t even be bothered to prescribed 2 weeks worth? My prescription will run out while I am on a work trip and the rest of the trip will be miserable. While I’m not keen on covering up my issues with pills, I just wanted to make it through the next 2 weeks. The only reason I’m even giving 4 stars is because of Mandy and the woman at the front desk."

"The receptionist at the front was extremely warm and kind. The nurse and Dr were all very kind and I got the treatment I needed in a timely manner. The bathroom and facility were very clean. I’m so thankful for a nice facility nearby that could treat my strep throat. Thank you!"

"We took 2 of our grandsons in for care and they were diagnosed with strep. Katherine, the nurse practitioner was wonderful with each child. She was very patient and took time to make them more comfortable with the process and was very thorough. Great staff and care!"

"Fast Pace was the urgent care with the best wait time, so I decided to choose it yesterday, and am glad that I did! The online check-in process was a breeze, the facility was spotless, all of the staff were extremely kind and helpful, and my test results were ready within a few minutes. This will definitely be my go to in the future, definitely beats any other urgent cares in the area. Thanks again!!!"
