"I called today to make an appointment to be seen for a medical concern. I waited on hold for 20 minutes. I them called back waited on hold for 5 1/2 more minutes. The woman hat then answered was impatient when I paused to answer. I apologized for not answering and explained I'd been on hold for 30 minutes. She said no you didn't my phone says 5 minutes. I tried to explain that I hung up and called back. She was again rude so I said I'll just call a different doctor's office . She said "okay that's fine bye! Then hung up. If I was one of the doctors here I would want to know who was the gatekeeper to my business. This one isn't worth it. That's for sure."

I’ve only seen Rosa once and was not impressed, to me she doesn’t give that warm greeting and friendliness, she’s just blah blah blah, but I’m coming back. The front staff is Awesome ❤️"
