"The crew here is so professional. Jake made me feel at home and at ease with answering all my questions. The doctor made me feel good about everything. I loved it here"
"I will not be scheduling anymore appointments at this location. I had an appointment scheduled for today at 9:00am. A receptionist called two days prior to my appointment to confirm and also notify me to arrive earlier. No problem! On my way to the appointment, I received a phone call at 8:12am from the same receptionist stating that my appointment has to be cancel because the provider car was not starting and the next available appointment will not be until the middle of May. I stated how unprofessional this is because I’m driving a hour away and she(the receptionist) did not even ask if I would like to see another provider. After saying this her response was “well I can’t help you”. No reason for me to make this up. I am not getting paid to write this. This location has to do better! When ever patients cancel appointments the same day we get charge a $25 fee but there’s no type of reprimand for the doctor’s office. All we get is “well I can’t help you”. Patients schedule appointments for reasons not for the fun of it. If customer service is not a skill that the receptionist consist of I recommend her to seek another career field."
"Two doctors have left the practice in 3 years. The nurse practitioner does a good job. If you just need an occasional well visit, they are OK. Not equipped to provide care for anyone that has multiple health issues."
"Emory taking over has nearly destroyed this practice. Last year during the pandemic I could not get through to the office for months because of Emory’s calling system even when I became extremely ill from covid. I had to go it on my own. I also miss Dr. Grossman. This year my back went out and my new provider at this practice suggested acupuncture and ibuprofen even when I was in excruciating pain that I can only compare to child birth. I was disgusted at the lack of regard for the pain I was experiencing. I felt I was not being cared for and my pain was of no consequence to the provider even though I was completely incapacitated for weeks and the pain prevented me from caring for my child or myself. I just felt she didn’t care. This is not a practice I can recommend."
"I used to love this place. Dr. Grossman was fantastic, engaged, knowledgeable and caring. Once Emory bought it, it's been downhill ever since. The Emory scheduling line is a nightmare, good luck getting through to the nursing line, and Emory's testing recommendations don't align with what they used to test. Imagine being "high risk" for years, but the new ownership disagrees. 2 stars -The staff they retained is still friendly, otherwise I would have given them 1 star. I do not recommend."
