"I wish I could give this place a zero. I would not recommend this location. Wait time is over an hour. It’s nowhere to sit. It was super packed. Trash on floors. Natasha (front desk) was busy and very professional. I give her that. I will never return. Too ghetto for me."

"If I could give negative stars I would. This is the most competent place. Unorganized and unprofessional is putting it mildly. I have tried more than once to see if maybe it was a bad day. It was not. Every time I had to wait over an hour, had them skip my child's name, didn't verify insurance and more. There is so much wrong, I'm to frustrated to say. Just don't."

"Horrible, Decided to give this dentist a try for my family , only because I use to go here when it was Kool Smiles. They legit Only have 2 people that’s actually cleaning the patients teeth. Another lady keeps calling patients in while the two previous lady’s are still cleaning their first set of patients teeth. Definitely avoid at all costs. And wait times are ridiculous."

"Had to go back twice, long wait both times. I wasn’t sure what was happening. One person would say one thing and then the next would say something else. My daughters teeth did not look like they got cleaned. They put a crown on a baby tooth that needed to be removed. There is a tooth growing underneath the crown and it only been about two or three weeks. Which tells me X-ray’s were miss read or not done. I’m not dentist but I know it can be damaging to leave a baby tooth for two long once the adult tooth is emerging. Waited months for this appointment for no good reason. Smh"
