"I was switched to this office when my agent semi-retired. I had no notice until I was sent a renewal. I called and spoke with a lady in the office with specific questions and she had no clue about anything I needed information on and did not let me speak to the agent. I have e-mailed the agent multiple times as there is incorrect information in the policy. However I have never gotten a response."

"After being with Allstate for 37 years, my agent merged with Howard Stephenson and my rate tripled to almost $4,000! When I inquired about it, my calls were not returned and when I finally reached someone, there was nothing they could do. Well, thank goodness for my State Farm agent who found me a new agent in GA and they got the bill back down to the normal $1300. Now, he says I was 1 day late cancelling his service and is demanding $9!!! NEVER would I go for Allstate again! I would give ZERO stars, but they make you put at least one!"

"Worst insurance ever. To get sales they re good but everything else is nonsense. I cancelled my policy on 28 October...my month ends on 9th every month. Instaed of paying me the difference they charged me 6 dollars and did not terminate the policy until 9th. And when on 9th I went in to check they had a collection of 100$ on my account. How the he'll does this work. When I speak with service they say my policy was never cancelled and It was in collection because I didn't pay on 9th. And claims department is worse. One month no one contact me to tell me where my car was. Bs of all insurance companies. Even little insurance companies are not this mismanaged."
