"I was there to do annual physicals. The annual preventive care should be fully covered by my insurance. I am healthy with no pending health concern, it is just for "why not" reason because my insurance should cover it and so free. I received a number of tests including an chest ultrasound. I never received it before, so I even asked the staff whether this is fully covered by my insurance. I got a yes. However, today I received a $1.9k bill including $650 out of pocket payment. It is outrageous. My previous annual checkup didn't cost me anything. Be very careful if you come for annual physicals, it could be quite unaffordable even the preventive care is covered by your insurance."

They were supposed to send a prescription to my pharmacy yesterday and have been waiting with unbelievable pain they know I have COVID-19 with severe symptoms. Phone calls, voicemails, and messages throughout the portal, and no one cares!!!!!! Never trust this facility again! They don’t care about their patients."

"Staff is terrible. Nurse popped off gloves without washing hands to try and poke for blood work. Doctor was great but didn’t even call for a follow up that was scheduled. Took me weeks of calling and emailing to get my results only to never be called again to discuss them."
