"The front desk staff is very rude and unprofessional. They don’t seem to have answers to any questions at all. The ladies in the back seem nice so far. Would be much better with people who actually know what they are doing at the front desk.. And care about the patients that come into the practice. If you want to maintain a client base the front desk is the face of the practice. Do better Galen."

"Horrible practice, staff is rude untrained and absolutely don’t care about patients. They have no respect for your time, left me in the waiting room for an hour and 45 minutes past my appointment time. The only thing they care about is getting your money. I would recommend you use any other Dr. you can find."
