"We took our son here in January. We booked him on Zocdoc. He is not the doctor that treated our son. The doctor that treated him asked us if we were vaccinated against Covid. We told him we were not going to speak about that because we were here for our son. That is when Dr. Byron came in to the room. He came to question us about the Covid Vaccine not our son. When he heard something he didnt like, he left the room without saying anything! He tried to intimidate me and my husband. We left an honest review on Zocdoc about our experience and it wasn't posted because of "guidelines". Dont listen to the Zocdoc reviews because they arent going to post the real ones."

"Dr Cotton is very nice however, I won’t be returning. I’ve never heard of having to pay a copay for covid vaccination however, his staff is billing for it. I brought the concern up to the manager but nothing was done. By the CDC, this is a FREE vaccination. This is the not the first time they have upcharged the billing codes at this office. I will be finding a new pediatrician."

"Doctor is OK. Staff charges for EVERYTHING!!! If you ever need a form for school or your child's own medical record, they charge by the page. Too cheap and low class for me."

"My daughters have been coming to Dr Cotton since 2010. Now they are older teenagers, who need birth control or depo, I noticed they charge both of them 260 on every 3 month visit. Today as I speak with the office manager who is always very frustrated when you try to talk to her due to not wanting to answer any questions with a merit base answer.She advised me they charge 125 for an evaluation EVERY time they come in. My daughters love Ms Gayla but the fees are not worth it. I just don't want them to get pregnant not become homelesss while trying to obtain birth control. Furthermore this office has no one who can properly explain or acknowledge your concerns in an empathetic way. Ethics for their patients have left this office and I will as well/ 8 yrs and done!"

"My kids have been patients here for almost 4 years now but since then there is a constant change in the front office staff and medical assistants. Ms. Gayla is absolutely wonderful so is Dr. Cotton but their office is staff is very, unprofessional and not attentive to your questions or concerns at all. They are very rude and I was able to overhear a conversation where the staff was laughing at someone who they thought had a herpes sore. WOW!!! They need to be taught customer service etiquette and be more discreet with their conversations and opinions of patients. The wait time to schedule appointments is just ridiculous. The office and medical staff is the only reason for my rating of 1 star. But Ms. Gayla on the other hand, we travel over 45 minutes to be seen by her. She is personable, thorough and always answer any questions that you my have. She has been the GREATEST addition to the Kids & Teens team thus far."
