"Dr Flandry rejected seeing or treating me, because I had the audacity to question him regarding his order for xrays without even seeing what he wanted to xray. Furthermore, when I did interact with him, he had the bedside manner, compassion and empathy of a barnyard goat. As for his professionalism, I really can't say. However, I don't believe it's best practice to order xrays without ever meeting the patient and seeing the issue firsthand. I've seen much better care than Mr. Flandry is evidently able to provide!"

"Dr. Flandry is a good Doctor. The rating reflects an over-scheduling of appointments. Had an appointment at 2:00 PM so did several other patients in the waiting room to see Dr. Flandry -and did not see the Dr until 3:30. Had to take the same x-rays I had just a month ago (told for insurance purposes???) No remorse or apology on Dr's part for being late. BUT - they will charge you a missed appointment fee if you miss your appointment. Talked with the Patient Customer Service and was told they are looking into it. Said they would call me back so we will see. NO mention from the Dr about the results of the X-rays. Very frustrating."
