"i wish i could rate them 0 stars. Crystal is the WORST landlord i’ve ever had, lies to tenants and avoids fixing any issues you have. the receptionist is even worse and has a serious attitude problem. can’t see why she was EVER hired. Had numerous issues with plumbing that i had to BEG to fix, our apartment would flood regularly and the drains would be clogged for weeks. DO NOT rent from here you will only get screwed over."

"They not only allow but encourage people smoking Marijuana in apartments across from children. The police will gladly tell you about it. It takes a year to get a light bulb fixed. They seem to prey on section 8 people they know they can abuse. Have mentally challenged people running around. Once it took weeks to get a drain fixed that had backed up and sprayed all over the kitchen. Avoid. And the bugs oh god."

"The outside of this facility is beautifully maintained (but the inside is like unto a cancerous wound molding leaking ceilings for years and appliances that have taken years to replace or repair ) (unless you have HUD) So you can pay anywhere from 650 to 1100 just to be exposed to the prettiest slum in Beckley WV with (Black mold for your hard earned money )"

"If I could I would rate them a 0 but I’ll have to do a 1z Do NOT rent here! They tried to rip me off for $1300 for carpet and then lied to me about it! Said they had to replace one room even tho I replaced it before I moved out and they did inspections and said everything was fine but once I moved out it was a different story! Many people have said the same about them. I should’ve listened."

"Very nice apartments. Always clean and landscaping cut and trimmed. Manager seemed nice as well. Many apartments with different layouts and rooms/bathrooms to choose from. They provide handicap accessible apartments as well. Also heating and air conditioning is installed."
