"The only thing I have to say about this place is that it's serviced its purpose for me. A place to shower and rest. My 5 months stay at Smart Housing. I had nothing stolen from my vehicle. It's not a glamorous accommodation. All in all, it was a perfect man camp."

"Used to be OKAY, but they are raising the prices so much, even for people thats been here for a year +, you can literally afford 2 houses if u can afford this place, There are nicer, much cheaper hotels and motel on harper road, if your smart you'll go to any of those. If I could rate below 1 star I would. And there are no accommodations, at all."

"A housekeeper with a felony, known thief who stole from her grandmother and about to be arrested for breaking an entering is about to go back to jail with another felony. You’d be stupid to stay in such a trashy place. Known drugs deals in this hotel."

"No Comforters on the bed. It wasn’t comfortable. I absolutely did not feel safe in this hotel. This was more of a hotel for a “working girl” to have fun. The bathroom sink needed attention. Absolutely do not ride the elevator! I was afraid it wouldn’t open or it would fall! Very old! Just overall not happy! If you stay here Bless you! The area does have a good Bob Evans Restaurant just down the road."
