"All Hampton are great but this one is particularly super. Conveniently located by major highway so It’s an easy off and on as you drive through the area. The staff has always been extremely helpful and provide great customer service. They are flexible with your needs. The lobby and common area was clean and neat portraying it is well kept. Housekeeping is a great fun group and goes out of their way to accommodate customer needs. I highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed."

"I happened to be in group passing through the area and were in need of accommodations for the night. I had given up all hope of ever finding that true hotel experience based on several horrendous past experiences. However, I am so glad we ended up at Hampton Inn Beckley. Each of our rooms were well stocked with towels and clean. The next morning is what exceeded my expectations. Every employee we encountered from front lobby to house keeping greeted us with a smile and were genuinely friendly. Thank you Hampton Inn Beckley for restoring my faith in a great hotel experience."

"Had a very long trip, and weren’t with the highest of patience. Brittany was a really wonderful human, and we appreciate her ability to cater to our overwhelmed tiredness with a sweet demeanor. We really appreciate how helpful she was! She got us a nice room, and got us a fan for noise in the room. The other lady at the desk was very nice, as well. Glad that this hotel has such friendly front desk humans!!"

"Place was alright. The stay was the definition of mediocre. Service was fast and friendly, but that was probably the highlight. The room was comfortable, but the door wasn't a great sound barrier, so you could hear pretty much anything that happened in the hallway and adjacent rooms. There was a lot of space in the room for all your stuff. The shower pressure was okay, but for whatever reason, the shower made this high pitched whistling sound (like a tea kettle with boiling water) whenever it was turned on. Breakfast was served from 6-10am, and it was a good variety - cereal, yogurt, waffles, Oatmeal, coffee, juice, bagels, muffins, biscuits & gravy, sausage patties, and more. The taste wasn't anything special, though. The worst part about the stay was the internet. My laptop kept getting disconnected, and my phone couldn't connect the entire time I was there."
