"My sister a resident of this nursing resident. The owner needs to clean the resident, paint, replace the tile floors, replace the window treatments, etc. One of the employees stopped by to talk with the person that I was with, and said she had her first COVID vaccine that day, or day before. I thought the COVID vaccine was mandatory for persons working in medical facilities that receive Medicare money. I think the owner needs to get busy cleaning that place!!!"

"This nursing home is ran poorly. There is never enough workers to assist with patients... CNA’s are like revolving doors at this facility ; they can not keep help and the patient suffers. There are patients who can not feed themselves or dress themselves so when they are short staffed the patients suffer. I must file a formal complaint because this must stop. Please check on your love ones at this and any other facility. I rate Muscogee Manor of Columbus Georgia an “F”."

"Veteran of 20 years serving his Country.....was a patient that was sent out due to a illness and on his return back to his facility from St Francis Hospital, my father was told that he was not being accepted back. No family member was informed at all about his release...How unprofessional of this establishment!!!!! and during a Labor Day Weekend. We are outrage on how this was handled ,its the Principle of how this was conducted...Who releases a 20 year Veteran that serve his Country to be disrespected this way....What principles does this establishment have to treat anyone this way.....and we are left to find him a place upon his release.....This establishment did not care or cared about his future health arrangements. If anyone have love ones in this place I encourage you all keep a eye open and do drops in to make sure love ones are truly being taken care of......."
