"It is income based. I rented a 1bedroom here for about a year. Every month the maintenance crew would come in and inspect your apartment whether your there or not, sleeping or showering they inspect at their chosen times with no warnings either. Also to pay rent here you have to deal with the crooked land-ladies. I use crooked cause they try to rip you off if you don't pay attention. They've been known to charge a 2nd security deposit (i didn't pay(it's illegal)) on exiting the apartment. Charging you for the same month twice because they lost their end of receipts (make sure you have a signed copy) every month. Its approximately a year wait list unless your friends with the two land-ladies. Definitely would never recommend these apartments."

"This place is really horrible letting their tenants do whatever they want. But yet when someone else gets a apartment there they are strick telling them they can't have other people live with you but they been letting tenants have whoever they want come and go and drink"

"The apartments are fine....but management, that's another story! Mrs. Lee does special favors for some she also bends the rules for those related to her or she likes! She treats some of the best tenants like crap! She harasses anyone who calls her on her actions...or goes above her head and calls Ellis and Ellis to get fair treatment...if you are gonna inforce the rules for just some and bend them for others....it causes chaos! BE FAIR!"
