"Lived here for about 18 months while working downtown. It’s one of, if not the nicest, properties in Cabell County. Great location between the mall and downtown and modern units. Landlord is unparalleled - texts when you get packages, goes out of his way to make sure you are happy and comfortable. Could not recommend living here enough!"

My apartment when I moved in was spotless and if I had a problem while I lived there, the staff addressed it efficiently and with in a reasonable amount of time. David was so nice with working with me on my lease and tried everything to help me when I needed extra time or anything with my rotations. "We had the best experience living in Royal oaks. The apartments are located on the hill giving a beautiful view out of window. Pretty safe community. Never noticed any Sketchy people loitering around. Clean buildings and amenities. The pool is awesome. Apartment equipments worked great. Management is quick to resolve any maintenance or issues. Ample of parking. The packages stay in a locked members only accessible area. It’s little more expensive than other properties around. But it’s worth it."
