"Here for my grand son's birth at local hospital. King room had space, and hotel was quiet over both nights. Jimmy at front desk was welcoming. No frills, but had my pet. Charge was 30 dollars a night. Overall, what I needed. Did not use continental breakfast."

Seriously, 90 of customers care about one thing, and it isn't breakfast, pools, rewards points, or fluffy towels. I just want to have a room with no bedbugs, ticks, mites, or fleas. If I wanted to get bitten up in bed, I would call my ex-girlfriend up. Wash the linens, after every customer, and for the love of all that's holy, please use some bleach. I don't care if it smells like they just cleaned up a crime scene; bleach it down until even the grass outside turns as white as the driven snow. Bleach it until the beds start singing songs from the Backstreet Boys. Bleach it until Michael Jackson comes back from the grave to book a room. However you gotta do it, just get rid of the bugs."

"FRONT DESK BEING REMODELED Older Gentleman that checked us in was very pleasant and extremely helpful. The Lady that checked us out was also very pleasant to deal with and that is the main reason for the 5 Star. We Travel across America and when we stay in hotels the check out time is always the same doesn't matter what hotel its typically always 11am. Well this one joins the weird club because like maybe one or two other hotels this Hotel has a Weird check out time of 10am! Unfortunately because of our late arrival we didn't get to enjoy the breakfast but hope to give it a thorough review sometime in the future. The Room was clean and I didn't find too many things that were being neglected by maintenance/ housekeeping . there were a few things but to be honest with you it was overall one of the better ones recently we have been too. The hot tub was nice; however, I feel you're missing a key ingredient to make it Great. Simply by putting a complimentary bubbles pack and maybe body soak pack could easily set you one notch above the others. its no different than the soap, shampoo, etc. Once your remodeling is done I would like to offer my Google certified 360 photography services to the owners. 360 photography allows potential clients to virtually tour your establishment before they visit in-person. This can really help set your business apart on Google. Please reach out to me if this is something you're interested in for your business."

"For the most part, everyone was very nice, but one specific gripe was kind of blown off as "the new girl just made a mistake." I don't think someone gaining access to my room at two a.m. should really be blown off, but honestly everyone was helpful and very nice otherwise. The rooms have VERY thin walls to the point I could hear full conversations in the room next door. The tv remote goes to about eight, but fear not as you can turn it up on the actual television set with a little patience. Breakfast was fine, but not a ton of options and definitely nothing really very healthy except for some eggs. Pet fee is thirty buck A NIGHT, which is ludicrous. I understand a cleaning fee one time, but nightly is ridiculous since the cat is cleaner than most children and many people. Clean rooms always a plus so thank you for that! Lot's of parking that can accommodate trailers and bigger rigs around the side and back. Couldn't access the patio out back as it was locked (as was the gym) so you had to go around, but the front desk lady sure went out there a lot! I only noticed because people were often looking for her and I spotted her there a couple of times while on a walk. Oh...and check your bill because mine seemed to be different every night (three night stay, which were week days! All in all...find to stay, but wouldn't do it again."

"Not a great hotel. The rooms had a smell of dirty mop water that never faded. It also almost feels like a dormitory. They were undergoing renovation while I was there so it may get better. The staff were super friendly though."
