"GREAT Family friendly gym for all ages and athletic abilities. I was a proud member of the gym for a year, and with the help of the dedicated coaches I learned many new complex movements. (dubs/ handstand push-ups etc) With their help I have become a whole lot stronger and more knowledgeable. Josh and Kim are super friendly and treat you like family. They are supportive in and out of the gym, and will do whatever they can for you. Impossible to find a more caring owner/ coach team. I have to relocate for work, but every time I am back in ATL I will be dropping in for a workout!"
