"Honestly, I had no intentions of leaving a review until I got an email asking about my experience and I started reading other reviews. Glad to know it wasn’t just me and others are having the same issue with the TERRIBLE customer service. Specifically, with Raequan’s. His attitude is HORRIBLE and isn’t a reflection of someone who is a manager!!! Hibbett sports please provide training on professionalism and leadership decorum. It would be beneficial to your team and make consumers feel welcome at your establishment."
"The customer service was terrible. I’m an avid Hibbett shopper and this experience had to be the worst . I’m new to Marietta from Los Angeles and moving forward if I decide to shop at Hibbett it’ll be online. Engaging in personal conversation and getting annoyed when a customer asks a question is where I draw the line. Remember customers make your paycheck possible."
"This used to be my favorite Hibbett location. The new manager “Raequan” (who is likely the president of Beyoncé’s Beehive) is rude, unwelcoming, and has an overall nasty attitude. The management pool has to be extremely small if this guy is what they settled for! I’ve read several reviews with similar experiences. All of which have a generic automated response from the owner. I’m not going to your website. The constant theme is you have rude employees. Hire some new ones."
"Very rude workers, they didn’t close until 20 minutes. I just needed something for my boyfriend real quick.. they were rushing me out the store, locking the door on people before closing time. Just very rude, if you don’t like your job get another one!! I get you want to go home, but that’s no way to treat people. & he told me i only had 10 mins to get what i needed when they didn’t close until 20 minutes"
"Really great location for the store however Worst in store pick up ever. I place an order for ready in 90 minutes I got a confirmation that my order was ready for pick after the store closed. When I picked up my order the next day the staff had bad attitudes i don’t know if it was due to the stress of whatever function they were about to have. But I needed to get a pair of shoes on top of what I was there to pick up but I just said I’m not even going to bother I will just go to another Hibbett Sports where I know the customer service is great."
